Throughout her career Smith worked in many different divisions of the business, from sales to client services, to being an agency represented stylist. She took her expertise to the next level when she became a partner at Joli Beauty Bar, an on-demand beauty studio in downtown Manhattan. She played a pivotal role in taking the company to new heights with her marketing savvy and her understanding of client needs. Charde created unique events and brand partnerships that became Joli’s signature allure.
