She is an Atlanta native who has been a part of the Health and Wellness community since 2002. And, she believes that keeping your body in optimal working condition with regular massage is easy. Her holistic foundation is based around proper spinal alignment, spinal health as well as working on stress relief and mental health. While new trends are popping up every day in the health and fitness industry, she likes to keep it old school with meditation, enjoying nature, and mind/ body connections through yoga.
