Happy Equinox Y’all. Currently feeling my way into Fall with heart centered awareness and gratitude for all that has transpired the past year. I speak about how my never ending (or so it seems) divorce brings up intense feelings of vulnerability and anxiety. I also speak on my experience of using parenthood as a spiritual path and how you can find love and support all around you in Nature. As Always, Peace and Love

Gratitude. Just enjoying my morning of silence- reading, writing and flowing. I suddenly feel inspired to record a podcast and I have a Divinely timed revelation. In this episode I speak on Manifestation, the power of consciously choosing your reactions and the blessing of my failed marriage. As always, spoken in the moment and from the heart. Peace & Love
