4)    NOURISH
Plant based, whole foods will support brain & body wellness-which will create sense of calm and inner love.

6)    MEDITATE
Tap in, tune in and turn on to YOUR INNER BEING & YOUR POWER
 
7)    BE POSITIVE
Focus creates reality. What you think you create. Be positive. It is a far healthier energy.
 
8)    CLEAR THE CLUTTER
Make room for the new experiences by letting go of the old beliefs and items that weigh you down.
 
9)    JOURNAL
This allows you to have a place to process your daily life. This will allow you to process and let go of the emotions tied to each day and allow your brain to focus on next task.
