I can just recommend that you do something for yourself that pulls you out of your daily habits for 10 days, if you are seeking change, because it can really help you see where it is that you’re stuck and what is keeping you there.

I truly feel like doing this protocol came at the right time for me and I also believe that it was so impactful because I consciously did it because I was afraid of it - you might remember me saying during the last episode, that one of the reasons why I wanted to do the protocol was because I was scared of committing to something for 10 days and leaving out certain foods.

Magic can happen when we face our fears. Or as they say, greatness lies at the other side of fear, because facing our fears truly helps us grow and stretch our comfort zone.
