Spiritual and Intuit welcomes Amber Gelinas to the show! Amber currently works as a writer, editor, and producer. She creates content for upcoming TV shows, assists people with editing and formatting their current work, and also helps produce projects into action.

Amber’s interests lay in creative learnings and teachings that nourish the soul for ones higher self.

Through Amber's path of self-love and self-discovery, she has been taught so many things that she had no idea that she needed to succeed. It’s through her own journey that she’s inspired to share her growth and encourage others to grow and flourish on their own paths to power, and Amber graciously shares that experiential wisdom with listeners in this uplifting interview.

Of the many pieces of advice Amber imparts, here are some of the main takeaways!

• Five-minute journal: write down in the morning and evening three things that you're grateful for
• Shut up and write: when you need a clear head, set a timer to simply write about anything that comes to mine
• Vision Boards
• Morning meditation (be it 5 minutes or 20!)
• Last but certainly not least, don’t beat yourself down - love yourself up! Oh, and don't be afraid to grab yourself a latte, too. :)
