In this episode, I share the vulnerable moment I experienced right before I was about to record The Underworld Year 2- Meeting My Darkness. It all hit me that I was about to break the silence. For the first time, I was going to be telling the world that my ex husband had raped me. I had been sharing my trauma story publicly for about 3 years now, but I left out this part because when I started sharing my story, I was still married to him. This whole process has been incredibly freeing. By bringing my darkness to light is how I have gained my power back.
