It's March and it's Women's History Month! Included in this month is International Women's Day and this year's theme is #BreakTheBias so Paige and I sit down today to talk about the ways you can contribute to breaking the bias.

Why do we celebrate Women's History Month? We celebrate Women's History Month to remind ourselves of the accomplishments of women throughout the years to our culture and society. From science to politics to sports, it's is a chance to reflect on the trailblazing women who lead the way for change.

Let's celebrate the women in our lives and the women who came before us and help to #breakthebias through visibility.
