Budo Jake is a black belt in Aikido and now BJJ black belt under Carlos Gracie Jr. He is a revolutionary in the jiujitsu world. He has brought us awesome shows such as 'This Week in BJJ' and 'Rolled Up'. He is the cofounder of one of the largest martial arts supply companies BudoVideos and has traveled the world filming words of wisdom from EVERY one of the BJJ greats. 

It was a pleasure to have him on the show. He had many stories to tell and is an entertaining guy. We talked about the BIG Jiujitsu tournaments today such as Polaris, Eddie Bravo Invitational, Metamoris, and IBJJF events. He shared stories of meeting and interviewing legends in the game as well as his experiences "rolling" with them. He also talked about his new found love for mediation and all it's benefits.
