Today’s Episode is all about the shedding. The letting go of things no longer aligned or serving to make space for and receive the things that are. It’s not easy, but as I’ve gotten better at it, it has gotten much easier, as well as smoother, as overall I’ve gained this sense of trust and stability that has become my rock and allowed me to thrive during the harder times.
I’m share not only how to know when it’s time to let go, how to tap into/connect to your intuition, tell-tale signs that something is no longer in alignment, as well some extremely helpful ways you can support yourself as you go through change and loss, to help you feel your best as you do!
Things Mentioned:
Avaline Wine
