This is the last episode of Season 1 and we wrap it up by combining different concepts from previous episodes to share insights on how to drive change in organisations.

In our discussion, we focus on some key questions: What does it mean to drive a value or culture based change in a team?? Which routes can be taken in dealing with formal structures of power when trying to initiate change? What could be the first steps that are in the leader's area of influence?

In answering these questions we talk about how to build a foundation for making a sustainable difference in terms of mindset and behaviour, seek for pillars of support, and set milestones. We also speak about what mindset is required of a leader, the importance of feedback to allow for a collaborative approach and how to create positive patterns that contribute towards the direction of the change and the impact created.

At the end of the episode, we share some tips on how to start driving change in your organisation as well as questions for introspection.
