Last week’s episode focused on identifying criticism and how to process it.  Why does the notion of feedback have such a negative connotation?

Think about your workplace…your product…your service. Can you imagine if your company never solicited your customer’s opinions on the service  or products they received? We'd be running our businesses right into the ground.  What happens if we turn that blind eye towards our personal growth and relationship development?

  • Building Strengths
  • Inspiring
  • Making something better, together.
  • We'll explore seeking first to understand, then to be understood, and the HEART model of feedback (borrowed from the hotel industry).
