So, I thought it might be helpful for you to hear my own experiences in the hope that you take something away from this episode to apply to your own life. I'm sharing my personal experience of how stress shows up in my body and the tactical tools, products, and mindset changes I've implemented to heal stress-related acne and gut issues.
