On this episode, I had the opportunity to receive media access to the first Orlando Vegan Festival in MetroWest, Florida! The Director and staff allowed me to interview chefs, restaurants and instructors which all practice the vegan lifestyle, health and wellness. This was a lot of fun and extremely educational, I recommend you try to find a vegan festival near you to experience this beautiful experience.
