5. How knowledgeable and comfortable are you how to screen rental applications, how to manage tenants, how to file for eviction, and a hundred other micro-skills?
6. How taxing are tenant demands, drama, potential evictions, collecting rent on you?
7. How confident are you that the real-estate market you own in will have high returns in the future, even outpace the stock market over time?
