This quote resonates with me so deeply in many ways, I think back to the times I desperately needed someone to just help me better understands my emotions and why I had these feelings. In return, feeling alone even through a room filled with people. Why? What I didn't know then I know now and I continue to dissect deeply into finding answers. And forgiving those I blamed and had resentment for, I learned that everybody is going through something. And those that seem to project are very well also coming from a place of unknown, and need better understanding too!
