How exactly does one become their true self? And become flawlessly vulnerable and unguarded. Are they really doing it? "Omg I am embarrassing?"
Have you found yourself in this people pleasing pattern all the time? I know I have. And yup, its annoying af. However, let's try to stop that...right now. Because we are so worthy and deserving to do ONLY THE THINGS THAT WE WANT.
Did you start it yet? I didn't. HELP!
Welcome loves! I know it's been a while, between the holidays and needing to take a mental break I wanted to say welcome, and I love all of your support! Everyday isn't easy but we have made it so so far us beautiful people!
How many times do you find yourself reacting over a triggering moment. And then you turn around like "omg why did I do that?!" but then it becomes a beautiful moment because just realized what you did, and now have a better understanding of your emotions. I think it's the best feeling and super interested I try to make sure I jot down every moment this happens and re-read it when my mind is clear for clarity.
How are you in your relationships? Sometimes we lose ourselves or forget our dreams as we invest in a life with ourselves and another person. Society projects this "perfect" life on us that involves marriage and children and simply no other way, than that. You got it, in order to be "happy" and "successful" in life you must get married and have children. YUP. We've all heard it before and probably still do. But why can't we just be happy with ourselves? As an individual. Why does marriage get pushed on us as the only way to define happiness vs someone who is single, thriving, and bad ass will get viewed as unhappy. Or even worse get asked, "omg why aren't you married yet?!"
