In this episode of the Level Up Show, Edward is joined by Patrick Burns, Founder of Patrick Burns Co. The road to success is not clear cut and takes many turns and failures before the fruits of labor start to emerge.

Patrick learned that systems are necessary to scale the business and that developing them early on reaches this goal faster. Alongside systems, leaders must learn to delegate because doing everything yourself is also not scalable.

Another big lesson for Patrick to level up was being strategic. Doing multiple tasks at once can make you feel busy, but when the output doesn't create that much of an impact then it's time to reconsider where your time is best spent.
