9- Stop Accepting Crumbs: Devotion to Yourself

Too often, we give ourselves the bare minimum when it comes to true self-care. Not the surface-level stuff, but the nourishing, soul-deep kind of care that replenishes us. In this episode, we explore why we accept crumbs from ourselves when we’d never tolerate them from someone we were dating.

Through reflection and gentle practices, you’ll be invited to:

  • Notice where you’ve been giving yourself “crumbs” instead of devotion
    • Imagine what it would feel like to date yourself with full presence
      • Ask the question: “Show me what it would look like to be completely devoted to myself.”
        • Reframe self-care so it feels luxurious, intentional, and aligned with your real life
        • This is your reminder: you don’t have to wait for someone else to cherish you. You can begin now. Because you are your greatest gift.
