9. The Power of Journaling

In today's episode, I am discussing why journaling may help you along on your cancer journey.  Whether you are currently in treatment or processing your experience through survivorship journaling is a fantastic self-care tool. Whether there is a trauma you want to address or not, journaling has numerous benefits and can be a really fun experience.  

I cover some of the research-backed benefits, different ways to cultivate a journal practice and I even read an entry from my childhood journal that is pretty amusing, if I say so myself.
