On this week’s episode we talk with Theresa Feaster, who is currently the Director of Hockey Operations at Providence College with the NCAA men's hockey team. Theresa recently won a gold medal with Team USA at the World Junior Under 20 Men's Hockey Championship in Edmonton, Alberta, where she served as an assistant coach, making her the first female member of a US coaching staff for a major men's hockey tournament. We talk to Theresa about what it's like working in a male dominated industry, shutting down naysayers and achieving success. We chat about the importance of surrounding yourself with likeminded people and the value of a great mentor. We also discuss the future of women in professional men's sports and how determined women like Theresa, are knocking down barriers and paving the way for the next generation.
