Once you've met Director of Development at Concordia University, peanut enthusiast, and Redeemer Center for Life board member Tootie Martin, you won't forget him. He grew up in Florida and came to Minnesota to play football for Concordia University. Despite the brutal winters, he's been here ever since! Tootie is a charismatic guy with a head for business, a love for family, and a desire to expand his boiled peanut company.
