When I think of balance I always imagine a scale where it's even on both sides. Even though that is what I thought balance looked like, realistically my balance follows more of the 80/20 rule. The 80/20 rule is 80% of your daily task is geared towards propelling you closer to your goals. The other 20% is meant for resting, taking breaks, indulging in hobbies, family time, and your favorite snacks. The overall goal with the 80/20 rule is getting results without burning yourself out.
I believe the 80/20 rule is a good rule to follow, but doesn't mean you can't make it fit your lifestyle more.
In today's Episode we talk about balance, the 80/20 rule, and what balance possibly looks like to you.
If you are looking to start improving your health, change your habits, and achieve the lifestyle you want. This is the only place you need to be.
