We talk about the various types of DIFFICULT PEOPLE and how to navigate a solution. Ultimately, we determine that having a candid and respectful conversation will go a long way to finding a resolution.  Sometimes we do have to take a hard look and accept that MAYBE ourselves is the DIFFICULT PERSON but could be due to external pressures.
