Host Meg McKeen welcomes Cat Ferris to the podcast - for the second time! Together we chat through the often complicated relationship we have with our body - especially as it changes with age. What also changes? How we see ourselves within the relationships we keep with others, including our physical, intimate relationships. We talk about our beliefs about sexuality, taking ownership of our pleasure, and how even in relationship, we can feel lonely.
Meet Cat FerrisAfter 20 years in the insurance industry, Cat Ferris made the decision to leave her career behind, driven by burnout and depression. Her journey toward healing began when she discovered the transformative power of sex-positive spaces and experiences, which inspired her to become a somatic sex and relationship coach. Today, Cat is a board-certified sexologist and the founder of Amory Wellness & Consulting. Her mission is to help individuals and couples deepen their connection with themselves, their sexuality, and their relationships. Cat’s approach focuses on three core areas: embodiment, sexuality, and relationships. By guiding clients to become fully present in their bodies, embrace their desires without shame, and explore new dimensions of intimacy, she fosters growth, healing, and empowerment. Cat provides a safe, shame-free space for self-discovery through practical exercises, mindfulness, and open conversation, empowering her clients to live more authentic, fulfilling lives.
