In the past I have mentioned that whenever you watch a TV show that depicts a person meditating, it seems like they are always chanting.  Most times the depiction is a caricature, a satire.  Every time, regardless of character, they are chanting..."om".  But what the heck does it mean?  I think it's time we get into it.
