90‘s NOW

Herrrre's anotherrrrr

rrrreally fun show with mostly identifiable accents and rolling rrrr's!!

While Madonna's Sex book slid off the shelves (ewww) around this time

in '92, we've got the goods on her little girl, all grown up and livin' the dorm life in university!  We've got the story about that

Scott Weiland imposter too.  Also, let's start a rumour about

how Ryan Reynolds and Rachel McAdams' Canadian Stars are

aligned.  It's a nice Canadian story... they all are.  Mariah Carey

hits the high notes, The Cure hits the love notes and Kelly got her jeans on

sale woohoo!!  Thanks for listening to 90's NOW!!

We've

got the new list of eligible names for induction into the Rock Hall

in 2015. We've also got some book news and some book no's on a

couple of our favourite 90's names.  Kelly's Trivia goes southern, while

Sharon's 9&1 is easy on the eyes AND ears.  Heads up on

the Foo Fighters' doc series that starts this week too!

Oasis, The Wallflowers and Usher just scratch the surface for lots

of memories, and lots of accents... Thanks for listening to 90's

NOW!!

Another big show with 90's anniversaries,

NOW news and inappropriate laughter.  Then there's the 25th

anniversary of Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation that

continues, and since we've heard a lot about that from Kelly

she's forced someone else to talk about it! Haha! Listen to part of the chat

with someone that was actually there!  We'll tell you where to find Brandy

20 years later too!  Also, Beck, Radiohead, Savage Garden along with

Kelly's Trivia and Sharon's 9&1 that'll get a little disco.  Thanks

for listening to 90's NOW!!

We've got a Lauryn Hill update that still finds her enjoying

freedom, but she could probably use the tight schedule they have in the

"big house" to keep her on time and her fans happy.  New

album and tour from John Mellencamp, and a 90's nugget from him.

Season 40 for SNL, and the new voice to intro the show is a 90's

alum!  The first African American lesbian wedding to be televised

happened this summer, and we'll play a favorite from one of the brides.

No Doubt, Sinead O'Connor and Van Halen to fill in the fun, along

with Kelly's Trivia and Sharon's 9&1.  Thanks for listening

to 90's NOW!!

Kelly snagged a pretty

big interview with a member of an early 90's boy band, so we'll hear how

things are going for them NOW!!  New album coming from Weezer means we get

to go back to the beginning.  Also, the En Vogue milk saucers are coming

back out for use of the name.  We'll give an easier way to identify

particular ladies of that group and even particular members of Boyz

II Men.  Kelly's Trivia highlights some great R&B voices, and Sharon's

9&1 is from a soundtrack to a big movie from our big decade!

Thanks for listening to 90's NOW!!

So, people are mad about that new U2 album they got for free??  Ok... we'll go back to one that you had to pay for, so that should make 'em happy.  Also, we've got a Mary J. Blige new music update for ya!  Kelly's Trivia takes us to Ill Town (word), and Sharon's 9&1 highlights a boss-marrying diva.  GNR, Beastie Boys and music and good news from the Love-Cobain family!  Thanks for listening to 90's NOW.

We've got news on Monica working with Jermaine Dupri, along

with the release of Erasure's 16th album, but we'll hear 90's

favourites from both of them.  Kelly's Trivia goes all 'angry

Brit,' while Sharon's 9&1 goes back to the beginning for one great big

pop star!  George Michael, Alanis Morissette and a big shout out to

CeCe Peniston for sending some love back to 90's NOW after her birthday.

Also, what not to call your album advice from Notorious B.I.G.

Thanks for listening to 90's NOW!

We don't know why we're

not wearing white after Labour Day, but we're not.  We also don't

know why Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy are displaying the affection

for each other all the time, but they are and it got them married!  On

the other side, we'll tell ya what Jennifer Lopez thinks about getting over

relationships.  Kelly's Trivia highlights either a bad a$$ or a dumb a$$

or both, while Sharon's 9&1 highlights the harmonies of the beginning of

the decade we celebrate every show!  Thanks for listening to 90's

NOW!!

Big anniversary

celebrations for people like Kelly who LOVE Janet Jackson so bad, but are still

able to conduct themselves in an adult fashion.  We'll celebrate with

Janet... and Kelly, also console Mariah after news of her break up with

Nick.  We'll hear from one 90's star who accepted the Ice

Bucket Challenge, and another who has long been on a list that

has her banned from SNL.  Kelly's Trivia will let you know which

Swahili word you've probably already at least tried to say, and Sharon's

9&1 will reach low notes on a high hit.  Thanks for listening to 90's

NOW!!

90's NOW's summer fun

is still happening! We've got new album news on a couple of

great bands who rose to fame in the 80's, but rocked the 90's too! Kelly's Trivia will highlight a frontman, solo artist, songwriting hall

of famer, while Sharon's 9&1 spotlights two R&B stars. Listen for

why Madonna's boyfriend has Mommy in mind, and what's the word on CeCe

Peniston? You'll get it all, along with "a lot of twerky big

butt action"... on 90's NOW!!  Haha Thanks for

listening!
