Today's episode is a SUPER vulnerable conversation about JEALOUSY! Because, let's be real, as ambitious women, sometimes, comparison can get the best of us. We look at another woman and think, "Dangggg! I wish I had what she has! I'm green with jealousy," right? I know I've thought that-- in fact, I've thought that recently. And it's really, really hard for me to admit that, especially because I love to clap & cheer for other women as they chase their dreams. Even though jealousy isn't a fun thing to feel, society often makes us feel BAD about that, as though jealousy is something to be shameful for or to feel guilty about, but honestly-- it's not. Or, at least, it doesn't have to be because we're HUMAN. It happens. So, the BIG QUESTION becomes: how can we reframe jealousy to work FOR us rather than against us?!
