God creates each husband and wife to be a unique, unrepeatable miracle. Each one is independent, free-willing with purpose and destiny built in. Marriage doesn’t change this. Each one’s significance is found in the destiny for which he or she is created. And though they may share a purpose and destiny, each one’s expression is different and unique.

When husbands and wives place significance in anything other than their God-given purpose and destiny they will experience conflict.

Mat. 4:5-7 and Lu. 4:9:12 is the account of the devil’s attempt to get Jesus to place significance in something other than his purpose and destiny.
