We have the opportunity to speak and hear from Miguel Tisnado.  He shares his journey securing an internship with Northrop Grumman.  He walks us through the process, including various multiple times he attended career fairs looking for opportunities.  We find out his involvement with various student organizations, SHPE and IEEE being his strong focus.  Hear his insights on what it is like walking in the STEM path towards a career.
