What is Transactional Praising. What are the types and styles and what to do?
1. Transactional praise, either false or true, the goal is to get something from them.
2. Egotistical praise.
3. Must have a second rule in our brain.
4. Praise can be good for actual business transaction if appropriate.
5. Sometimes people will praise you to receive praise back.
6. Egotistical praising can make you lazy-- a bad way to praise an employee who do not work hard.
