In today's episode I give you a great exercise to help you with an aspect of going vegan that can often feel very difficult but that isn't really talked about that much in vegan circles. I see it all the time (especially recently) with all the emails and questions you send us, and it's the fact that many people have found the motivation to go vegan, they're amped and ready to go, and once they begin, they feel a bit off, not physically but emotionally, and many times it boils down to feeling separate, distant, isolated or they're feeling a bit alone after going vegan. This especially occurs when our loved ones aren't as supportive of us making this change. Today I'm going to teach you my favorite tool for finding connection and belonging again.
