Jenn McCarron currently serves as Director of Legal Operations and Technology at Netflix where she leads a team focused on strategic financial management, technology and innovation, operations, and knowledge management for Netflix’s global legal function. Jenn also serves on the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) Board of Directors and is the host of their legal transformation-themed podcast, CLOC Talk. And today, she’s going to share a little bit of her story and talk about transformational leadership.
