Brother Singh states categorically, "When you pervert the gospel, it loses its power and impact." The apostle Paul wrote to the churches of Galatia, "I marvel that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ." (Galatians 1:6-7)
Like the Corinthian church and so many others, Galatia's churches (Antioch, Derbe, Lystra, and Iconium) had all backslidden from the foundation Paul had established them on. They had not only fallen into apostasy but held the great apostle in contempt.
