Hurricane Florence has postponed most high school sports activities through the end of the week as people in the Cape Fear region prepare for the storm.

In Patriot Conference football openers last Friday, Cape Fear's defense was impressive in a win over Terry Sanford while Pine Forest wins on the final play against Gray's Creek.
