92. Do I Have to Dig Up My Past to Be Free?

You’ve probably been told that your relationship with food is a direct reflection of your relationship with yourself . . . that “how you do one thing is how you do everything,” and there’s no chance of you recovering from binge eating or emotional eating without digging up all of your past baggage and reconciling your relationship with yourself.

While I agree that a great relationship with yourself is a worthy goal (and although I have personally found peace and freedom from forgiving myself and others,) it isn’t necessary to dig up your past in order to be free from food!

In this episode I’ll tell you why and what you need to do instead.
