I've been 3 months sober and let me tell you, it has not been fun, it has been positive but not fun. On paper I'm the healthiest I've ever been, but mentally I'm a wreck. In this episode I talk about the one thing that keeps me loyal to my sobriety despite going crazy during quarantine.
