Okay, so we know sleep is important. I believe sleep is the foundation of self-care. So much is dependent on good sleep habits. However, I had NO idea the connection sleep has to so many different areas of our lives. I loved having Mollie McGlocklin on to share why Sleep is a Skill.

Mollie is the creator of Sleep Is A Skill, a company that optimizes how people sleep through a unique blend of technology, accountability, and behavioral change. The company was born from “scratching her own itch” after a lifetime of poor sleep habits culminated into a mega-challenging bout of insomnia for months without end.
