I had another subconcious healing session and it made me feel insecure so I decided to think about my actions.

Being an Empath can be a positive thing as you feel how others feels but if you don't put boundaries it can swallow you up

So in lieu of #blacklivesmatters I wrote an opinion piece and omg. It got such bad backlack on a FB group I'm part of. I got upset as it wasn't intended to be taken in this way.

Despite quarantine I saw my friend for the first time in months. It's the first person I've seen apart from my mum! We talked about our mental health, friends, annoyances etc. It was fab! I also thought more about Madhat Academy and the direction I want to go with it!
