Okay, logically you already know that you are not your urges.  Of course!  But sometimes in our daily life we claim them as our own.  We blame ourselves for having them in the first place!  We think that we are weak, broken and unfixable…(which isn’t too motivating, by the way!)

Instead of looking at urges as a sign of your unworthiness, I want to give you another way to look at them.  And, I want to teach you how separating them from yourself is one of the most powerful things you can do to create freedom with food.
