Stacy is joined by retired NFL player and former (Super Bowl 48-winning) Seahawk, D’Anthony Smith. After embarrassing herself by sharing her muscle composition is that of an elite athlete (per 23 and Me), Stacy switches gears to explore another shared passion - mental health. D’Anthony, now a doctor of Clinical Mental Health Counseling, calls upon his long held desire to explore emotional health with his experiences as a professional athlete to raise awareness and educate about PTSD and mental health in general. Now part of another successful Seattle-based team; the PTSD Institute, D’Anthony is ready to go on the offense and tackle PTSD.
