How to nail your introduction so people remember you and help you out.
Today I wanted to get back to basics when it comes to those uncomfortable introductions. I can still remember at events or training when the trainer goes around the room and asks people to introduce themselves or plays some kind of cringeworthy ice breaker and I could literally feel that dread feeling wash over me and all I wanted to do was make a run for it! I will be totally honest, my personality hasn't changed and these kind of things still make my eyes roll.
Introductions are so important and you can use them to get what you want too!
Don't forget you can get my monthly NEWSLETTER that shares the latest around the gender pay gap, book recommendations and good practices that are happening all over the place that support more women to step up and be recognised for the value they bring.
