This week’s episode is something a little special; something a little different.

Two weeks ago my dog, Buddy (ten years old) passed away. I never really discuss these types of things publicly, but figured I’d try this out because maybe it’ll help someone who has been here before. I was originally going to have a guest on as per usual, but decided to do a solo episode talking about how my dogs have affected me in my life. The support they provide and the love they surrounded me with. I then broaden out and discuss how animals have impacted my life in general and the things I’ve learned because I’ve been so animal-inclined my entire life. I also mention some animal volunteer opportunities here in NYC.

We’ve got my boy, Ari on this week’s episode. We dive pretty deep into discussions about today’s hustle and drug industry, the minimum wage bump, empathy, hip-hop and rock and roll. This episode gets intense!

Today I brought in my good friend Blake Garris who provides us with some insight on the television and film industry, more specifically working for Marvel and discussing interviews he’s conducted along the way.

Today we brought in aspiring hip-hop artist Emmett-M and a good friend, Terrance Grannis. We focus on Terrance, who recently survived a serious car accident. We talk about the incident all while discussing positivity, recovering, instinct vs. reaction and go off on a few enticing tangents.
