Welcome aboard Universal Harmony. Before we take off this evening there are a few safety points to discuss. Make sure you are seated in a comfortable position. Tray tables may remain down as snacking is encouraged. If you feel a sudden urge to get up and dance, cabin staff will happily join in. Now that we're ready, we hope you enjoy your flight with Universal Harmony and see you again in 2020.

We tend to think that being lost is a bad thing, but what if it’s exactly what we need? Tonight we let go of the beaten track, abandoning our maps and to-do lists for instinct and curiosity. Let yourself wander through the musical wonderland that is Universal Harmony. Where will you go when there are no rules?

This guided meditation is designed to help you unwind, shed the worries of the day, and ease into a state of complete relaxation. When you are ready to begin, find a comfortable position either sitting, or lying down. Take a deep breath in, and out. Feel the weight of the world lift from your shoulders, and the harmonious energy of the universe take its place. You can close your eyes if you wish. Focus your attention on the sound of my voice, and in turn, the music that follows. There are no expectations here. Simply allow your mind to wander as you absorb the melodic energy of tonight’s playlist.

You know the feeling, that nagging desire for something else. When you’ve piled the last few crumbs on your fork, when you’re down to the last sip, when your utensils clatter on licked clean ceramic ...  but you’re not yet satisfied. This is the call of the sweet tooth. The small whisper of dessert that grows louder every minute it’s ignored. You could indulge in a bowl of ice cream, a slice of apple pie, or a slab of brownie. Any of these options would do. But sometimes what you really need is a mountainous serving of tasty tunes and wholesome, ear-warming chat. Satisfy your cravings with Universal Harmony.
