Over the last year I've consistently seen open rates of 45-50% on my emails to my list of over 6000 subscribers, which as industry averages go is pretty high!

There are lots of factors at play here but I believe my subject lines have helped me out, so I wanted to share some tips and a few of my best performing ones in this episode. I'm also discussing the fact I've been LOSING followers on Instagram recently (and why I'm okay with it!).
