North Medford gave their all at a Sheldon team that routed them in the previous season. The Black Tornado defense forced several turnovers, tailback Devin Bradd ran roughshod through the Sheldon Irish defense, but a Sheldon fake field goal and a goal line stop on a 2PAT proved the difference. Sheldon defeated North Medford 28-27 and dropped the Black Tornado to 3-1 (0-1 Southwest Conference) on the year.
