A woman from Canada stole two artifacts from the ancient city of Pompeii in Italy 15 years ago. But she just returned them because she says they CURSED her. Quote, "I had breast cancer twice . . . my family and I also had financial problems."

A guy recently wrote into the "Ask Amy" advice column because his wife has refused to touch him since the pandemic started, even after he tested negative for coronavirus. Amy suggested two possible reasons: One, his wife is overly germophobic and probably needs therapy . . . or two, there are deeper problems in the marriage.

Eddie Van Halen, the legendary guitarist and co-founder of Van Halen died Tuesday at the age of 65 after a long battle with throat cancer. Eddie formed the dynamic rock band in Pasadena in 1972 with his brother Alex on drums, Michael Anthony on bass, and David Lee Roth on lead vocals. The group was inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in 2007. Andrew Bennett is a director & author who lived with Eddie at 5150 for nearly 12 months in 2006-2007. He released a book earlier this year, “Eruption in the Canyon: 212 Days & Nights with the Genius of Eddie Van Halen”, chronicling his time spent in the studio with Van Halen between 2004 and 2007. Andrew shares stories about Eddie and the band Wednesday morning.

Coronavirus-themed Christmas ornaments have sold out online . . . they include things like Santa wearing a mask, a bottle of hand sanitizer, and a roll of toilet paper. And Halloween shops say they're seeing a lower demand for adult costumes this year because of the pandemic.

VAN HALEN guitarist EDDIE VAN HALEN died yesterday after a long battle with cancer. He was 65. His son WOLFGANG was with him when he passed, along with his wife Janie, his ex-wife VALERIE BERTINELLI, and his brother ALEX.
