Just as important as having a goal, in my opinion as a goals expert, is taking a break. A planned break.  Now don’t misunderstand the difference between a break and a quit. They are not even close. In fact, a break can be exactly what is needed to reenergize your mind and body and get even more closely aligned to your outcome.  Taking a planned break is constructive, a quit is destructive.  It’s a constructive action to take but only when your thoughts and emotions driving the break are constructive.  Listen to learn more about how important planned breaks are and  exactly how to plan one.
