Do you say Thank You throughout your day?  It’s easy to be grateful when life is ‘good’, but how about when you’re going through a tough time? Do you still say Thank You in those dark days?

    Say thank you to 5 different people you interact with today. It could be the cashier at your grocery story, the next person who holds the door open for you, send your significant other a text to thank them for loving you or doing something kind that day, to your kids to set an example of kindness, or you could even take 5 minutes to text, email or Facebook message a good friend you love and appreciate to let them know how grateful you are to have them in your life.
