A company flew me in today to speak to people from all over the world about becoming a Master Coach. There's a simple principle that was shared today which is: Start where you are. What does this mean? We're all in different places, so it's difficult to level up to what we think we need to be to even up the playing fields with others. It doesn't work. Why? Because we don't have the skill sets and experiences that elite players have. Yet. We have to start from where we are, and build up our opportunities, in order to become where we want to be. The only way we can do this is first by starting where we are. Coaching takes a shift, however, because you don't start your coaching at where YOU are, but where your client is. You don't need to hit home runs at the beginning, but take the required steps and actions in making your life better than it was yesterday; tomorrow you're stronger and more powerful then you were today. This occurs through starting where you are, working towards what you want to become. Step by step. Every single day. Ask yourself: * What do I truly want to create with my life?  * Where do I need to stop comparing and start lifting from where I currently stand? * What can I do now to help better myself for tomorrow?
